Ted Emch:
Ted Emch teaches geophysical science AC and chemistry. Before coming to Pioneer, he spent 11 years at Tappan Middle School where he was the state runner-up for the Presidential Excellence in Math and Science teaching award, and the recipient of the Sigma XI scientific research society at UM's science teacher of the year award in 2006. He is married with three children and is also employed as assistant organist at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Ann Arbor. Ted also plays hockey and coaches strength and conditioning.

Leslie Kellman:
Leslie Kellman has been teaching science at Pioneer High School since 1993. She currently teaches Geophysical Science Accelerated and Chemistry. Before arriving at Pioneer, she was a county planner and taught Earth Science and Geography courses at the college level. Leslie spent a decade on the Michigan Earth Science Teachers Association Board of Directors and is active in several professional organizations. She married to an ECA math teacher and mother of a Pioneer graduate. Outside of Pioneer, she enjoys spending time in her gardens, walking, cycling, cooking, reading in her big red chair and singing with Tommy and the Geezers.

Ron Robinson:
Ron Robinson teaches earth science. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Geology at Washtenaw Community College. He is a committee member of the DOE Earth/Space Science Teacher Prep Test as well as a member of the Earth/Space Science Teacher Certification Program. Ron has also been active in five National Science Foundation (NSF) Grants as well as being one of only three high school teachers to be chosen for the NSF Project Clea. Ron is married with two children. His hobbies are hunting, fishing, and astronomy.
